The food is fantastic — we went with a barbecue dinner (ribs, brisket, mac and cheese) that satisfied even our snobbiest food friends. He has a huge menu, which was great as we made sure to have good choices for the vegetarians at our wedding. And his staff the night of was great, moving people through the buffet line quickly so we could get to the dancing part of the evening. From the very beginning of deciding what the bride and groom wanted, through all the developing changes they posed us with and all the way to the actual event in the beautiful backyard for the final event, I knew I was dealing with a “class-act”. You worked with me, you kept in contact and you answered all of my questions, immediately. You were so flexible with the time changes we had to make and you worked so well with me when you were on site. You showed up on time and you helped me work with the Bride’s mother to determine the best place to set up your serving area in her yard. It was so nice to work with you and the gentleman that you brought with you for cooking and service help. By the time I was able to shake your hand that night, upon your arrival, I felt like we had known each other for years. I was so nervous when I had to set up an event in Plymouth, Massachusetts, from my home in Florida, thinking it would be difficult to create an event so far away. You were welcoming and accommodating and it felt as though I was not over one-thousand miles away. The food was beautifully presented, it was hot, fresh and extremely tasty. After one phone call with Joe, we were convinced everyone was right. Our reception was a smash hit!! with food and drink that was beyond delicious; and Joe and his Grill 41 Crew were absolutely wonderful! How they pulled it off while remaining quietly in the background, we’ll never know; but it’s a testament to their experience, professionalism, and friendliness that we believe anyone would be hard-pressed to find with other catering folks. And we’d be remiss if we didn’t mention how surprisingly affordable our New England style lobster bake for 45 quests turned out to be. “Hiring Grill 41 made our rehearsal dinner stress free. I didn’t have to worry about buying enough food to feed everyone, and I certainly didn’t have to worry about prepping anything. The day before our wedding, we had enough on our plates; Grill 41 made our life easy. Grill 41 set up their own grills in my backyard while we were away doing our wedding run through, by the time we got back, their staff was already cooking. The food was amazing! I couldn’t stop eating the pulled pork and mac and cheese. They had plenty of food to feed our hungry crowd; they even bring the plates, utensils, and napkins. We literally didn’t lift a finger the entire night. Grill 41’s staff even cleans up the mess, takes the trash, and packs up the left over food. The food was so good; the leftovers didn’t last more than a couple hours! I highly recommend Grill 41 for any party or event your are hosting.
